Depending on how a person interacts with the website:

• technical data such as IP address, browser, device, pages viewed, date/time, referrer, campaign parameters in the visited URL and cookie identifiers, where applicable.

The website does not currently use analytics, advertising, social-media, third-party font or third-party script tools.

Some technology providers may process data outside Brazil. Where international transfer occurs, Microboard will use mechanisms required by the LGPD and applicable ANPD regulations.

7. Retention

Data will be retained for as long as necessary for the stated purposes, legal obligations, fraud prevention, security and exercise of rights, and will be deleted or anonymized when there is no legitimate basis for continued retention.

8. Rights

Under the LGPD, individuals may, as applicable, request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion of inadequate/excessive data, portability subject to regulation, information on sharing, withdrawal of consent and other rights provided by law.

Microboard adopts technical and organizational measures proportionate to risk. No system can be considered absolutely secure.

Personal-data incidents will be assessed and handled in accordance with the LGPD and applicable ANPD regulations, including notification where legally required.
